Hi, I just recieved my black dress, but I'm a little dissapointed with the quality and design. The design of the sleeves is quite different than expected and shown in the picture, as well as the colors in the front. Above all, it dosn't fit me. I would like to request a refund please, since according to Newchic's policies we have a 14 day period to return the item I would just like to know what's the procedure. Specially because the home page is unables to show me what are the requirenments, and I don't want more time to pass by.
