Horrible shoes. Cheap, uncomfortable and ugly. Very thin hard sole with a tacky little glued on heel. I purchased 3 pair of shoes from New Chic in 2018 and loved them. This is the second awful pair I have received in 2019. Never again.

Disappointed. I thought these would look more like leather but they look like plastic with a cheap strap. Plus the coat I bought to go with them is delayed. The photo made these boots look a lot nicer. Hopefully the coat won’t be a disappointment as well!
